Yan assists Kenneth in providing expert tax advice and solutions to a diverse range of clients, helping them in setting up their business and investing in Asia involving Hong Kong.

Yan is a Tax Manager with over 7 years of comprehensive experience in Hong Kong domestic and international taxation. She specializes in providing strategic tax advisory services to individuals and businesses, managing compliance matters including applications for advance rulings, handling tax investigations by the Inland Revenue Department (“IRD”), tax residency certificate applications, Country-by-Country reporting, and responses to IRD enquiries. She has assisted clients from various industries including finance, manufacturing and retail, in optimizing their tax strategies and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax obligations.  Yan has demonstrated a deep understanding of Hong Kong's tax laws and regulations, enabling her to navigate the local tax regime with ease.

Yan has a bachelor’s degree in professional accounting with Honor from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.  She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
