With an accounting and corporate services background, June works closely with our Hong Kong tax professionals to support clients expanding their business into Asia through Hong Kong or Canada. 

June has spent many years working in corporate governance roles, supporting private companies with statutory filings, corporate records, and ongoing compliance matters.  She has extensive experience working alongside tax advisors and professional firms both and outside Hong Kong, making her a reliable partner for cross-border client engagements. She ensures that corporate structures, filings, and compliance matters are handled accurately and efficiently.  She believes that strong collaboration between tax, legal and corporation professionals is key to providing clients with long-term stability and clarity.

Concurrently with her role at KYT, June is also the Co-Founder of CA Hub, a Toronto-based firm focusing on company formation, compliance, and business launch support for entrepreneurs setting up their internationally connected businesses in Canada.
