Jodie has over 18 years of experience in advising, coordinating, and handling the full spectrum of company secretarial matters in Hong Kong, including amongst others, the transfer of shares, share buy-back, reduction of share capital, variation of rights attached to shares, administration restoration, etc.

Where relevant, she arranges corporate documents to be (i) notarized by China-Appointed Attesting Officer or Notary Public in Hong Kong; and (ii) legalized by Embassies and Consulates in Hong Kong to meet the clients’ cross-border business needs.

Her experience also includes performing independent auditing on compliance files to test the effectiveness and adequacy of internal policies, controls and procedures relating to combating the crimes of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Jodie has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hong Kong Shue Yan University.  She is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
